Optum Patient Process

Some practices have difficulty identifying refill AARP member patients that would benefit from converting to Optum Specialty Pharmacy. Optum will provide patient list of all members using 3rd party specialty pharmacies, helping practices to identify these patients and potentially convert to Optum Specialty Pharmacy. This tool was created to educate our providers on how to request the information and what to do with information they receive.
