Optum Patient Process

Some practices have difficulty identifying AARP patients that would benefit from converting to Optum Specialty Pharmacy. Optum wanted to provide a patient list of all members using 3rd party specialty pharmacies, helping practices identify these patients and potentially convert to Optum Specialty Pharmacy. This eDetailer tool was created to educate our providers on how to request the information and what to do with the information they receive.
