Redirect Health Custom Quote Tool

I led the user experience design and development of a custom quote tool for our brokers at Redirect Health, ensuring a seamless and intuitive process for customizing our healthcare plans. My approach prioritized a simple step-by-step navigation that guided users effortlessly through. The tool allows users to personalize plans to their business needs, and upon completion, the customized quote is output as a pdf and sent to the client. This design not only improved user satisfaction but also enhanced overall efficiency, making the quoting process faster and easier.

In addition, I created a broker introduction video using a custom AI avatar of one of our executives to provide an engaging overview of what we offer our brokers, including the custom quote tool.
